These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Alarm Growth platform and services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01About us

Alarm Growth is operated by Alarm Growth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

02Definitions

• "Services" means the Alarm Growth platform, including the AI Call-Out Centre, CRM, automation tools, integrations, and any other features we provide.
• "Customer", "you", "your" means the business or individual subscribing to our services.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any plan-specific terms agreed at sign-up.

03Services provided

We provide cloud-based CRM and AI-powered communication tools designed for fire, alarm, and security businesses. Specific features depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

04Your account

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring that all account information is accurate and up to date.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

05Fees & payment

Subscription fees are as stated on our pricing page at the time of purchase. A one-off setup fee may apply in addition to recurring subscription fees.

Payments are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment details, you authorise us (and Stripe) to charge the fees to your chosen payment method.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund your subscription fees in full. Setup fees are refundable within this period if onboarding has not yet been completed.

07Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent communications.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its components.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

09Your data & content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide the services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Customer Data and that it complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10Intellectual property

The Alarm Growth platform, including all software, designs, content, and trademarks, is owned by Alarm Growth Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

11Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, high-availability services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.

12Third-party services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (such as SimPRO, Uptick, Zapier, Stripe, and others). Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or actions of third-party services.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alarm Growth Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these terms.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
